When you submit a contact form on this site, we collect the name, email address, and message content you provide. If you request a specific service, we record that preference.
If you create a client portal account, we collect your email address and any profile information you choose to add. We do not collect payment card numbers directly — card processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.
We may collect usage data such as pages visited and referring URLs through privacy-respecting analytics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if relevant, to initiate a services engagement. We do not add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent.
Client portal data is used to manage your active projects, support tickets, and invoices.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
Your data is stored in a hosted PostgreSQL database. Access is restricted to authenticated personnel. Data in transit is encrypted via TLS.
We retain contact form submissions for up to 12 months. Client portal data is retained for the duration of your active engagement and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping purposes.
If you would like your data deleted, contact us at sales@sinthetix.com and we will process your request within 30 days.
We use a session cookie to maintain authenticated state in the client portal. This cookie is strictly necessary for the portal to function and is not used for tracking.
We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies.
Stripe: processes payment methods for client portal accounts. Stripe has its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Supabase: provides the database and authentication infrastructure. Data is hosted in the US.
We do not embed social media widgets, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics scripts that track you across sites.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by emailing sales@sinthetix.com.
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the UK, you have additional rights under GDPR. See our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for more detail.
